Cabernet Franc demonstrates a particular aptitude for making exquisite rosé wines. This one is always quite substantial, with an excellent mouthfeel and body. Expect a fresh, dynamic wine with refreshing raspberry and cherry, a zippy and savoury personality, and a fine mineral quality. A rosé to enjoy with a wide range of barbecue fare, from fish to ribs.
