Artisanale's handcrafted cuisine starts with the freshest, tastiest ingredients, produced sustainably and locally.
We work with our farmers and the seasons, changing our menus weekly. Every ingredient is treated with care and respect, while each dish is prepared from scratch. In the summer we preserve vegetables, herbs and fruits and use them in our dishes and pastries throughout winter.
At Artisanale, our goal is to share a passion for food with people who love it as much as we do.
