Come celebrate and meet some of our favourite local family farmers, Adam and Dana Thatcher!

We love how they raise animals and their meat is some of the best! (in our humble opinion). We will be featuring a whole lamb from their farm in this five-course menu.

Slow Food dinner, harvest-table style. One seating.

Dana and Adam will share some of their stories with us.

Middle Eastern green wheat risotto
With lamb shoulder, stewed in tomato

Farm salad with goat cheese

Roasted leg of lamb
with creamy turnip & spinach

Pear Tarte Tatin

"Raising animals and livestock requires time, patience and a true commitment to the process, with an end result of what we believe to be a quality product."
- The Thatchers

Dana, Adam and their three kids run Thatcher Farms, a family owned and operated farm close to Guelph. They produce meat products that are naturally raised and hormone free. On their farm they finish pigs and raise lambs and calves from birth to market and provide their animals a safe and healthy environment.

Here's a sweet video featuring Dana and Adam. You can find them year round at the Guelph Farmers Market, or visit them at what may be the sweetest farm store around!
