Feast of Provence

As the summer draws to a close, we wanted to find a way to celebrate our local farmers late season bounty - garlic, eggplants, tomatoes, peppers, fruits and greens. For us, the best way to do this is to feature the cuisine of Provence, region whose bountiful sun, sand and sea defines their food and feasts.
