With guests, Brent Klassen, Val Steinmann, Bill Whitehead and Kat Scott from Heartwood Farm & Cidery

Join us to celebrate the apple and the fermenting cultures that preserved both the fruit and the people throughout long winters.

Introducing Wellington County’s newest cidery, Heartwood Farm & Cidery!

We will offer a four-course Slow Food dinner, paired with ciders from Heartwood and elsewhere.

The Cider Menu will also be offered Friday & Saturday along side our à la carte dinner menu
